Pretty base spec, but a nice car nonetheless. On the exterior, Basalt black is a beautiful color that was optional and you rarely see them on narrow-body Carreras, reserved mostly for costlier Turbos. Rounding out the exterior are Xenons, 18″ Turbo Look I wheels (we love these on 996.2’s BTW) and the equally rare XAG fixed spoiler (which we have on our own 996).
The interior is finished in “Graphite Grey” partial leather with power seats and the Advanced Technic Package. We told you it was a base spec.
This is a pretty no frills drivers car, but it’s a low 30K mile .2 example for $28K. We think it’s a great value at that price and would suggest you buy before a flipper gets to it and tries to convince you it’s worth $36K. Don’t forget that PPI!
