12/10/2020 UPDATE: This one is back, same dealer, same pics, lower price. Its a pretty base spec and has graphite interior, but its also a clean CarFax Turbo for what is now C4S money? Due Diligence folks. Updated link below.
This 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo has a claimed 39,678 miles and is finished in Basalt Black Metallic over Graphite Grey full leather. The seller states, “CLEAN CARFAX WITH NO ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE REPORTED”. Remember, no IMS/RMS work needed with the Turbos as they lack the IMS bearing design. Find this three owner Turbo offered here in Indianapolis, IN for $47,777.
We still are scratching our head wondering how the Guards Red Turbo we featured last week is still available, at a slightly higher ask but with slightly lower mileage. This car has been on market for a while but this latest price chop puts it right in value play territory. The car has a clean Carfax and is a pretty basic spec. Exterior appears all stock with the only option being the Basalt paint.
The interior is finished in “Graphite Grey” draped leather and aluminum dials. We warned you earlier this was a base spec.
While the car isn’t a steal, its priced reasonably. MMR is valuing the car at around $43K wholesale. The dealer is asking $47K, in this pandemic you should be able to do better. Split the difference at $45K and we think this is an EXCELLENT buy. Don’t forget that PPI! Make this Turbo (VIN WP0AB29952S686247) your #FirstFlatSix
