“Educate, process and acquire”
If you’re looking for a more personal service that can walk you through the whole process from locating a car, assisting with due diligence and negotiations; we present FirstFlatSix Consulting Services;
For Potential Buyers we offer;
  • Research to establish condition and history
  • Market-based appraisal to establish current value
  • Facilitation of inspection to establish current condition and
  • Facilitation of the negotiation process
Our fee is 5% of the transaction. A $500 retainer is due to start services and balance of fee’s ((Sale Price * .05) – $500 = Balance) for buyers are due simultaneously to transaction funding. Fees are payable via Venmo, Paypal, Zelle and/or Wire Transfer unless otherwise noted and are not refundable upon receipt by FirstFlatSix.
